Description

Casa Santorini is a fully self contained holiday house consisting of a spacious lounge area, kitchen/dining with dishwasher and microwave, bathroom and second toilet, main bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. A covered rear deck allows for outdoor entertainment, BBQ and relaxation in a small secured grass yard. All linen is supplied. A one car garage and allocated parking space is also included.

Casa Santorini is located within walking distance to patrolled beaches, the ocean pool including children's wading pool. We are only a short drive to Bass Point Reserve, the beautiful Killalea State Park "The Farm" beach, Jamberoo Action Park, where you control the action water themed park, Albion Park Regional Airport, HARS-Aviation Museum which is home to the Qantas Boeing 747, the Illawarra Light Railway Museum, Motorlife Museum and much more.

2 Bedroom Self Contained Townhouse

Fully Self Contained townhouse. Main bedroom has a double bed and single bed, second room has a double bed and single bed. Sleeps 4 adults & 2 children comfortably. Bathroom with bath & separate shower and a contains second toilet down stairs. Fully self contained kitchen/dining room and lounge room. Linen supplied. Covered rear deck for entertainment & BBQ in a small secured grass yard. Garage and off street parking. Bookings of less than 7 nights during Peak Season (December/January) please contact the Visitor Information Centre.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation if caused by the client within 14 days prior to arrival all money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. Cancellations outside of 14 days will incur a $100 cancellation fee will apply.

For bookings from 21 December until 31 January cancellations within 28 days prior to arrival all money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period.

A $300.00 bond is payable to the owner 14 days prior to arrival. The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to any breakages damage or excess cleaning requirements extra guests beyond those declared etc. Cash bonds are acceptable if arrangement is made with owner.

Payment of the rental deposit constitute the clients acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
