There is a garage suitable for a small car such as Toyota Corolla alternately you can park on the street.

Shopping is only 3km away at Warrawong Plaza Shopping Centre along with a Cinema a range of restaurants and takeaway and of course MacDonalds.

Public transport is available, walk 230 meters to Northcliff Drive to catch buses running every 20 minutes to Warrawong Shopping centre where you can also change buses to go to Wollongong Town Centre and Railway or south to Stockland Shellharbour or beautiful Shellharbour Village.

Along the bus route on Northcliff Drive is the Illawarra Yatch Club which is a licenced club with dining.

From Wollongong travel 8.5 kilometres by road south – normal conditions 14 minute drive.

From Warrawong

Driving from King Street Warrawong turn onto Northcliff Drive. Continue on Northcliff Drive for approximately 2.6 km and turn right onto Lake Height Road.

Proceed 120 metres on Lake Heights Road and turn left onto Grandview Parade Destination will be on the right.

From the M1 (Princes Motorway)

Take the Northcliffe Drive Exit Exit M1 as per signage left towards Berkeley/Kembla Grange/Warrawong

Travel on Northcliff Drive for approximately 3.6 km and turn right onto Lake Height Road.

Proceed 120 metres on Lake Heights Road and turn left onto Grandview Parade Destination will be on the right.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

For cancellations inside 30 days from the date of arrival a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking will apply unless property rebooked for same period and cost.

For cancellations made inside 7 days from date of arrival no refund will be given unless property rebooked for same period and cost.

No refund for no show or early check out.

A security deposit of $300.00 is required 7 days prior to arrival to cover any additional costs and/or damages which apply due to the guests occupying the premises.

A form will be emailed through to you by the owner for completion and payment of the bond. Deposit will be refunded by same payment method once the property has been vacated and inspected.

This property must be left in a clean & tidy condition.

This property has a no party policy excessive noise won’t be accepted and could result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. No Buck’s/Hen’s or Schoolies functions allowed.
