Description

Situated opposite Warilla Beach this home boasts both views of the ocean and escarpment. Spread over four levels the house has 4 double bedrooms plus a queen size master complete with spa en-suite and walk in wardrobe comfortably sleeping 12. With three separate sitting areas, three bathrooms and three balconies there is plenty of space for relaxing or entertaining. In close proximity to many restaurants, cafes and clubs you will have plenty of choices for dining out. Although with a full sized kitchen featuring gas oven, cooktop and dishwasher it’s the perfect place to whip up that special meal for family or friends.

Centrally located in the Illawarra a short drive to shopping precincts in Shellharbour and Wollongong. With Jamberoo Recreation Park, Minnamurra falls and Picturesqe Kiama all within approximately 30 minutes drive.

So whether it’s a busy holiday full of fun filled activities you are after or a lazy sun, sand and relaxing break we are sure you will find it all here at Little Lake.

Directions

If travelling from North go along B65 on Shellharbour Road and turn left onto George Street, Warilla. Continue straight until you reach Osborne Crescent, Turn right onto Osborne Crescent, then left onto Bucknell Crescent then Left onto Little Lake Crescent and your destination is along Little Lake Crescent on your left. (Note: Little Lake is a one way street)

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds (less $50.00 booking fee) are possible only with a minimum of one month’s notice. If less than one month’s notice payment is forfeited unless the property is re-let for the full term and price of the booking. No refunds are given for unused portions of the holiday rental.

A security deposit of $1000.00 is required to cover any additional costs incurred as a result of Breach of the Holiday Rental agreement including any breakage damage or excess cleaning requirements which occur due to the guests occupying the premises. The bond is payable 7 days prior to arrival. the A form will be emailed to you for completion and payment of bond.

No Schoolies Bucks/Hens night or bookings for groups under 25 years of age will be allowed. Any booking made online that does not adhere to this condition will immediately be cancelled and refunded less a 25% of the booking cost. We reserve the right to cancel your accommodation during your stay or upon your arrival no refund will be offered in this case.

A Full refund via the same payment method will be actioned after the property has been vacated inspected and deemed to be in the same condition as it was prior to the holiday occupancy.

Terms and Conditions Little Lake

The guest making the booking must be 25 years or older and must take full responsibility for the temporary holiday rental of the property. Guests are granted a limited permission to occupy the property. Payment of the rental fee constitutes guest’s acceptance of the Holiday rental agreement and all terms and conditions. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in termination of permission to occupy the property eviction and loss of security deposit and extra charges. The guest will be responsible for any damage to any items in the property and will be responsible for the cost of replacement or repair.

Functions and parties are not permitted at this property. unless previously agreed to in writing by the owner. Guests must not create noise which is offensive to neighbor’s especially between 10pm and 8am. The maximum number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed at time of booking the maximum number of visitors shall not exceed 4 and they MUST not sleep over.

No smoking is permitted in the property but is allowed on balconies and doors must be closed. Please place all rubbish in the appropriate bins provided. The BBQ is to be left clean cleaner and equipment is under the sink. Failure to do this will result in a fee of $75.00 deducted from your deposit.

Guests are required to allow repair or service personnel to enter the property for any repair or service deemed necessary by the owner. The owner takes no responsibility for any property left on the premises. Furniture fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms.

All bookings are taken in good faith but may be subject to change should anything arise which in the opinion of the owner absolutely render the booking impractical. In that event the owner shall notify you as soon as possible endeavor to arrange alternative dates suitable to you or payment will be refunded. No other claim right demand or action shall exist in or be made by either party.
