These 2 bedroom self contained units have everything needed for a relaxing break or an extended holiday.

Each unit has brand new fully equipped kitchen, however being centrally located there are many cafes, restaurants and clubs close by. Shellharbour and Wollongong shopping precincts both are short drive away.

Each unit has air conditioning, fridge, washing machine, two televisions and a dvd player. With queen size beds in the master bedroom and a double in the second room comfortably sleeps 2 couples or a couple and 2 children. The units have a combined shower laundry and a separate toilet as well as off street parking for 1 car.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations inside 30 days from the date of the booking a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking will apply unless property rebooked for same period and cost.

For cancellations made inside 7 days no refund will be given unless property rebooked for same period and cost.

A security deposit of $300.00 is required 7 days prior to arrival to cover any additional costs and/or damages which apply due to the guests occupying the premises.

A form will be emailed through to you by the owner for completion and payment of the bond. Deposit will be refunded by same payment method once the property has been vacated and inspected.

This property has a no party policy excessive noise won’t be accepted and could result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. No Buck’s/Hen’s or Schoolies functions allowed.
