Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.

For cancellations inside 30 days from the date of arrival a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking will apply unless property rebooked for same period and cost.

For cancellations made inside 7 days from date of arrival no refund will be given unless property rebooked for same period and cost.

No refund for no show or early check out.

A security deposit of $500.00 is required 7 days prior to arrival to cover any additional costs and/or damages which apply due to the guests occupying the premises. A form will be emailed through to you by the owner for completion and payment of the bond. Deposit will be refunded by same payment method once the property has been vacated and inspected.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. This property must be left in a clean & tidy condition.

2. Absolutely NO smoking in the house. If house needs sanitising due to smoke odour a fee of up to $500 will be debited from bond.

3. No propping open gate in pool area due to safety reasons.

4. No glasses or glass bottles in pool area.

5. This property has a no party policy excessive noise won’t be accepted and could result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

6. No Buck’s/Hen’s or Schoolies functions allowed.
