Shellharbour North Beach
Shellharbour North Beach (NSW 381) is a 1 km long, slightly curving east-facing beach, extending south from the rocks of Barrack Point to a small rocky protrusion. This beach offers some shelter from southerly winds, though is open to the most direction of swell. The southern end of North Beach is patrolled and provides the best location for swimming. There are beach breaks along main beach, while off the southern rocks is a hollow right-hander called Cowries. Car park available off Junction Road, Shellharbour.
