Salt therapy is a natural therapy to help relieve symptoms for skin and respiratory conditions as well as promoting relaxation and improving general wellbeing.
Tiny breathable particles of natural pharmaceutical grade salt are dispersed throughout our rooms, these salt particles are inhaled deep into the lungs to help loosen congestion and cleanse the airways. When the salt lands on the skin it can also help improve your skin health and relieve the symptoms of skin conditions.
Our salt sessions run for 45 minutes. In our adult room, the lights are dimmed so you can sit back and relax in the comfort of our massage chairs. Some clients like to read, whilst others enjoy a period of quiet rest and relaxation. We also have a Children's room with toys, books and a TV where parents can enjoy the experience with their children. We also have a private room designed specifically for clients with conditions that require privacy or for wheelchair access.

Shellharbour Salt Therapy are located on 9/2 Memorial Drive, Shellharbour City Centre.
- If your heading south along the Princess Highway, exit the highway at the big roundabout and take your first exit
•Continue straight for approximately 1 kilometre and Take the turn-off to Stockland Shellharbour
•Once you at the top of the hill turn right at the lights when you reach KFC.
