The White House is a ground floor, fully self-contained unit comprising of a large lounge room, kitchen, and bathroom/laundry. The property accommodates two people and has one bedroom with an option of either two single beds or a king zip bed. The White House is in a great location only metres from the white sands of Shellharbour South Beach and only metres to the ocean saltwater pools. Ideally located close to restaurants, cafes, clubs and pubs.

The owner occupies the top level, although the holiday accommodation has a separate private entrance at the rear. The unit is fully self-contained - all utensils and appliances including dishwasher, washing machine are provided. Off-street parking is available.

The White House is ideal for two adults. Not suitable for pets and is non-smoking.

The White House is a fully self-contained unit for two people. It is situated in a fabulous location where you can put the car away and just stroll to the shops, cafes, restaurants, walking tracks, patrolled beaches, ocean pool and children's wading pool, parks, bike tracks, Clubs and pub. In walking distance to great rock, beach and harbour fishing spots. It’s Your Choice....... rest and relax or explore the village and its surrounds:

- Take a stroll through the Village, stop for a coffee at one of the many cafes.

- Browse through the boutiques, home-wares & shops.

- Have a drink on the balcony at the Ocean Beach Hotel, its the best view in town and the restaurant is excellent.

- Enjoy a stroll along the walking track to Bass Point Reserve.

Cancellation Policy

Guests wishing to cancel a booking can do so up to 60 days in advance of their stay to receive all of their money back. Those that cancel less than 60 days and up to 30 days in advance of their stay can get half or 50% of their money back. Cancellations with less than 30 days to go will result in no refund. To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning garbage removal wear and tear repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage Breakages Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am by the latest to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.

Guests of tenants must depart the property by 10.00pm.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
