This yoga class is designed to help navigate teenage hood's ups and downs.
Yoga can help to promote a healthy body image and strengthen self-confidence.
It can also be used as a tool to deal with stress and anxiety around study and exams and improve sleep.
Come and join us in a non-competitive environment for physical postures, breathing practices, meditation and relaxation.
Note: No Experience Necessary, Yoga mats will be provided; however, you are welcome to bring your own.
Please bring a bottle of water.
