The Grevillea Park, is perched above the historic Bulli town, and gazing way out to sea is set to re-open in October 2021. Featuring over 300 types of grevillea species and hybrids. All plants are Australian Natives with the rear rainforest containing species mostly Indigenous to Illawarra. The park is wonderful to stroll around, the paths within the park are wheelchair and pram friendly. There are picnic and toilet facilities on site as well as a historic chapel where tea, coffee and large range of plant books for sale.
Due to strong demand the Park will open for one week end only.
At this time of the year pruning is under way but there is still plenty to see and enjoy in the gardens.
We invite you to spend a few hours wandering around the display gardens, through the rainforest or vine forest. Picnic on the lawn and enjoy the wonderful surroundings.
Dogs on leash welcome.
For the very first time our new book The Illawarra Grevillea Park Botanic Garden: A Photographic Portrait will be available to purchase. It’s a great time to plant now and many difficult to obtain Grevilleas, including a range of Sydney Basin species will be available for purchase
