Join NPWS and Gumaraa Aboriginal Experience, for an authentic Indigenous tour at Minnamurra Rainforest on the NSW south coast.
Feel the land and its stories as we explore the oldest surviving culture in the world.
We’ll start with a tour of Lyrebird Loop walk, where we’ll delve into the deep knowledge and understanding about the traditional custodians of this land.
You’ll gain an understanding of the culture and history of traditions of the Dharawal and Yuin Nation.
This fun and interactive day, includes Welcome to Country and ochre ceremonies, as well as a bushtucker and artefacts talk.
Don’t forget to wear enclosed shoes and bring a hat, sun cream, drinking water and a snack.
