Shellharbour parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners and walkers of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 8am in Reflections Killalea Reserve.

Shellharbour parkrun is open to people of all standards and ages. Everyone is welcome to come along, whether you walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. Under 11s must be accompanied on course by an adult, and being in the park our furry friends aren't permitted to join.

Registration is completely free and only needs to be done once, whether you intend to walk, jog, run, or volunteer or do a combination of all these things! Simply complete the registration form at https://www.parkrun.com.au/register, print your barcode and head up to the Killalea Farm Cafe area before about 7:45am to join in.
