Sandy Feet

That feeling of sand between your toes brings on the summer vibes.

A holiday in Shellharbour must include getting your feet wet as you walk along one of Shellharbour’s five golden beaches. The tranquility of Mystics Beach in Killalea Reginal Park to the south and Warilla Beach to the north leads to the Windang Island,  where you can walk around or on top of the Island, make sure to check for large ocean swells and low tide first.  Here you will discover a few remaining trolley wheels from our past, these were used to transport rock for the abandoned breakwall in the 1890’s.

Our easily accessible beaches make Shellharbour an ideal beach holiday destination.

Safety is paramount so swim between the red and yellow flags at patrolled beaches during the summer months.

Shellharbour North Beach and Warilla Beach offer a beach wheelchair for public use when lifeguards are on patrol.
