Crooked River Wines – Long Table Dinner

Event Details

Join us for a spectacular long table dinner overlooking the gorgeous views over the vineyard. This menu will be served on a long
communal table, with a simple philosophy of food cooked traditionally by our Head Chef Cameron Bailey.
There will be a surprise element to this dinner with no menu set in stone.

Guests will arrive to a scent of burnt wood at the entrance, and open fire pits at the door, seated with a bread course as per usual.
We will then have share platters, carved and served straight from the fire which will be an open fire pit at the window for our guests to see, creating a
theatrical experience.

You can expect fish and a seafood course
Locally sourced for the day.

A course of locally sourced beef and a varietal amount of cuts

All served with sides of wood roasted whole vegetables to finish, wood roasted pear tarte tatin, smoked vanilla chantilly.
