Hear from a person with lived experience of pain and health professionals who will talk about pain, persistent pain, what makes it worse and how to live with it more effectively.

Presenters include: Gabi Martinez, Health Promotion Officer, ISLHD Alcohol and Other Drugs Service, Maree Amato CNC Co-ordinator | Illawarra-Shoalhaven Chronic Pain Service.

National Pain Week is the annual awareness raising event co-ordinated by Chronic Pain Australia to draw attention to the experiences of people suffering from chronic pain and, by doing so, reduce the social and other barriers related to living with chronic pain.
