Mental health month
This Mental Health Month join us at Shellharbour City Libraries and have a chat with the guys from Talk2mebro.

Who is Talk2mebro?

Talk2mebro is a mental health movement that aims to reduce the incidence of suicide through early intervention programs. They aim to:

  • break down the stigma surrounding suicide
  • show men that it’s not weak to ask for help
  • empower men to take control of their mental health
  • encourage men to have each other’s back on an emotional level

What you’ll do
You will sit down and hear from the guys from Talk2mebro about mental health issues and the signs to look out for. It will be a safe space for you to talk about the issues surrounding men’s mental health.
