Inspired by recipes found in Stockland’s 2023 Winter of Food Magazine, Stockland Shellharbour is proud to present our Tastes of Winter Cooking Demos, designed for adults to up their cooking skills. Best of all, these classes are only $5!

Cooking demo menu: 

• Take part in a savvy Nasi goreng recipe that’s almost too good to be true – a dish where you can feed the family for no more than $10. These workshops also include a BONUS Stockland $10 gift card!
• Learn how to make Miguel’s brownies – a gourmet goodie that will teach you the skills on how to make an easy, indulgent dessert to cosy up with when the temperature drops. These workshops include a BONUS mug, brownie ingredients and a Stockland tote bag to take home.
• Exciting cocktail mixology classes, in partnership with The Coffee Club. Cocktails tastings will include: CLASSIC MARGARITA – an invigorating combination of premium tequila, lime, and Mr Consistent margarita mix, APEROL SPRITZ- a sparkling blend of Aperol, sparkling wine, and a splash of soda, adorned with a slice of orange and CLASSIC ESPRESSO MARTINI – a sophisticated fusion of vodka, freshly brewed espresso, Tia Maria, and a dust of chocolate powder.
