Tourism Shellharbour
Tourism Shellharbour is an incorporated not-for-profit membership based organisation established in 1992 and is the official tourism organisation responsible for the strategic marketing of the City of Shellharbour.
Tourism Shellharbour is the driving force for tourism in Shellharbour City, with the organisation responsible for the coordination of the tourism sector, the provision of visitor information services including the Level 1 Accredited Visitor Information Centre in Shellharbour Village and the marketing and promotion of the City. Tourism Shellharbour works closely with operators, Shellharbour City Council, event organisers and community and business groups to facilitate the development and improvement of tourism products, infrastructure, facilities and services.
Tourism Shellharbour also undertakes market development, marketing and promotion, both independently and cooperatively with the other Local Government Areas, the South Coast Regional Tourism Organisation and Destination NSW.
As an Incorporated Association with around 150 members, Tourism Shellharbour prides itself on its proactive approach to tourism and marketing which in turn generates business for its members and provides economic benefits for the community of Shellharbour.
