Join me in July at @perchbar.shellharbour where I’ll be taking you straight to the vibrant streets of Vietnam—basically a seat at the Dinh family table with this classic! I’ll teach you how to make these crispy, golden, savoury crepes, served with fresh herbs and a punchy dipping sauce! Giving you all the tips and tricks to this Vietnamese favourite!
