Join Lyndall for a nourishing journey of deep relaxation and restoration to replenish your soul.

The experience will begin with a guided meditation moving gently into a beautifully nourishing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, rattles and drums to name but a few of the stunning instruments in your journey.

Sound is an effortless way of achieving a deep state of relaxation and is also a powerful way of moving through blockages in the body. Our body searches for its own vibrational frequency by adjusting itself to match the resonance of the sound.

Please bring cushion/blanket/pillow for your own comfort, journal and pen.
