Title: ‘Salt Water Country’

Artist: Kay A – Werombi Studios

‘Salt Water Country’ is a reference to the beauty in nature with a focus on the night
sky.  Artworks in this exhibition are recognised as Aboriginal Contemporary. Kay’s work continuously encourages
recognition and appreciation of this Salt Water Country. The elements of
earth, air, water, fire and sky come together through a range of size, colour combinations incorporated into figurative and abstract designs that are supported by the individual stories attached to each artwork. The artwork ranges from large format to small intimate work on canvas and unique original print works.
