The sky is the limit at Illawarra's only Regional Airport at Albion Park Rail.
Take a scenic flight in a helicopter over the magnificent coastline of Shellharbour and the Illawarra or take the plunge and Skydive from 15,000 feet.
On the ground you can visit the HARS Aviation Museum to see the amazing historic aircraft display including the airline of the 1950's the Super Constellation affectionately know as the Connie, the Neptune Bombers, Catalina, Dakota and sit in the cockpit of the F-111 Fighter Jet. A new arrival to the museum is the record breaking Qantas 747-400 'City of Canberra' - the only one in the world displayed for public viewing.
Tours of the HARS Aviation Museum are available 7 days a week or attend their Tarmac Days that are held on the 2nd Friday, Saturday and Sunday of each month.
Illawarra Regional Airport not only caters to recreational activities we also have jet charter services, learning to fly lessons, helicopter charter and a growing light Aeronautics industry, which provides maintenance and engineering services.
Fly Corporate provides regular passenger flights from Illawarra Regional Airport to Brisbane and Melbourne (Essendon) return with eighteen flights on the Melbourne route and eight flights on the Brisbane route each week.
