Welcome to the Shellharbour Visitor Information Centre, the official, accredited Level 1 Visitor Information Centre for the City of Shellharbour.  Conveniently located in Shellharbour Village our friendly and knowledgeable team are here to help you make the most of your visit.

Whether you’re planning a day trip, weekend escape, or extended holiday, we can provide expert local advice on attractions, accommodation, tours, events, dining, and experiences across the region. We can also help create a personalised itinerary tailored to your interests, budget, and length of stay.

Our team offers a convenient booking service for accommodation, tours, and popular attractions, including whale watching cruises and the Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventures.

Inside the centre, you’ll find a range of Shellharbour souvenirs, maps, local history books, visitor guides, and travel resources. Free WiFi is also available, making it easy to stay connected while you explore.
