Visitor Information Centre

Welcome to the Shellharbour Visitor Information Centre, the official, accredited Level 1 Visitor Information Centre for the City of Shellharbour.  Conveniently located in Shellharbour Village and is open 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm (closed Christmas Day and Good Friday) to assist visitors to plan, book and make the most out of their visit to Shellharbour.

Our friendly and professional staff will provide you with expert advice on local attractions, accommodation, tours, special events, and local businesses and facilities.  We can create a customised holiday plan tailored to your budget, interests and duration of stay.

We also provide a booking service for accommodation and tours including Whale Watching Cruises as well as the Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventures.

Inside the Visitors Centre, you’ll find a retail section with Shellharbour branded souvenirs, maps, history books and more.  Plus the centre is also a free WI-FI hotspot, making it easy to stay connected during your visit.
