Cocktail Making at Shellharbour Civic Centre

Event Details

Join Paul Calleja, head bartender and owner of Stir and Shake. Paul started making drinks in his early 20s throwing house parties in his mum’s garage and later down the track his business was established in March 2017.

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of Mixology (cocktail making) and how to garnish 3 passionfruit themed drinks: Passionfruit Mojito, French Martini & Sex on the Beach. Enjoy one cocktail during the workshop and save two for later. Nibbles and water will be provided.

All equipment & alcohol will be provided.

Take home 2 cocktails in glass bottles, recipe cards and the best tips and tricks to make it again!

This class is suitable for beginners over the age of 18 who enjoy great-tasting cocktails.

This class will be a lot of fun so bring your friends or family!
