Event Details

We invite you to join us, at Crooked River Wines, for our Long Table Dinner.

Our Chef will create a menu to delight your senses using locally and regionally sourced produce, inspired from the sea. Long table seating will provide a communal and comforting atmosphere, complimented by the warm service of our staff.

Please note this menu is not suitable for guests with seafood allergies. This is a set menu, for that reason vegetarian and vegan dietary requirements cannot be catered for.

Cold Seafood platter

Oysters, white wine mignonette, blue swimmer crab, king fish ceviche, tiger prawns, radish, and fennel salad.

Entrée

Confit Octopus

Chili garlic sauce, Jerusalem artichoke puree, mint, rocket

Main

Poached Snapper Fillet

Lemongrass and kombu broth, Bok choy, leek, wakame

Dessert

Citrus cheesecake

Fish fat hazelnut praline, passionfruit sorbet
