Kiama Woodcraft Group Annual Expo

Event Details

The aim of the Expo is to stimulate interest in woodcraft by demonstrations from members of various types of woodcraft, including Wood Turning, Bandsaw work, Woodcarving, Scroll Saw work, Pyrography and more.

Come along and see the wide range of woodwork styles and skills on display,

If you are looking for a special gift or just love the art of woodcraft, then come along and enjoy the exhibition.

There will also be a selection of traditional tools available for sale, as well as a wide selection of craft timbers from a local specialty timber supplier.

Another feature of the exhibition is the “Club Showcase” where members are given a similar piece of wood to make anything they choose. A fun way to show the skill and imagination of members. All items will be put on display at the exhibition and the public is invited to vote for their own particular favourite, with a perpetual trophy awarded to the winner at the end of the weekend. All Showcase items will be put on display at Kiama Library for a short time following the exhibition.
