Join Gumaraa for an unforgettable cultural Paint & Sip experience learning the art of traditional aboriginal dot painting
The evening will begin with a Welcome to Country, accompanied by the powerful sounds of the didgeridoo, setting the tone for a meaningful and immersive experience.
Traditional Aboriginal Dot Painting is a distinctive art style developed by Aboriginal peoples of Australia. Using layered dots, artists create patterns inspired by Country, nature, and cultural connection.
In this Paint & Sip workshop, participants will explore dot painting techniques and create their own contemporary artwork in a relaxed, social setting. The experience focuses on creativity and appreciation of the style, while respecting the cultural origins of this important Aboriginal art form.
