The Sports Engagement Day is a free after‑hours event designed for young people aged 12–18, using sport and physical activity as a way to connect, get active and try something new.

What’s On
Local sporting groups and youth organisations will be on site to support the session and run activities.
Young people can enjoy:

- Support from youth workers and community organisations
Young people are welcome to drop in anytime — the session is free to attend and no bookings are needed.
